ENDURIX is a new range of lasers developed for the timber industry to assist in the correct positioning of timber and saw. The range is composed of 6 models capable of producing laser lines from 2 to 20 meters.

By allowing the operator to precisely position the cutting line of the saw the ENDURIX Lasers bring a real time and a raw material recovery increase. ENDURIX facilitates log positioning on a carriage or before a twin breakdown saw and can also be used for positioning boards before an Edger.

In a sawmill the working conditions are tough; vibration, temperature, dust and electrical variation are just some of the reasons for laser failure.  ENDURIX is designed to be tough enough and robust enough to withstand these types of problems.

ENDURIX is designed with;

• 20 Years of experience in the Timber Industry.
• High level internal electrical protection systems to protect against power supply fluctuation.
• Ring seals at each end of the laser, including the lens system, to avoid sawdust ingress.
• Screw or clipped connectors to eliminate connection failure to due high vibration levels.
• All components are firmly screwed to a flexible aluminium mount which is itself screwed to the body of the laser to further minimise the effects of vibration.
• Harmful temperature variations are minimised by means of an octagonal Aluminium body with a 10u anodised coating and a high thermal transfer support bracket for the diode or tube within the body of the laser.

SERVICE AND REPAIRS

WMS Consulting Ltd has been fully trained and is authorised to carry out service and repairs on Endurix Lasers and can service all other makes of Lasers.
